Pet Centric Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that during peak periods (such as Christmas, Easter, and sales events), processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Timeframes
As we work with a range of trusted Australian and international suppliers to bring you the best products, delivery timeframes vary depending on the product and supplier:
- Australian-based suppliers: 3-7 business days
- International suppliers: 7-21 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, and weather events. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $50 AUD
- Standard shipping $9.95 AUD on orders under $50 AUD
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is made.
Split Shipments
As we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at petcentricej@gmail.com.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please:
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Check with neighbours or your local post office in case of a missed delivery
- Contact us at customerservice@petcentricpets.com.au if you're still unable to locate your parcel
We will investigate and work with our suppliers and carriers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Pet Centric is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at customerservice@petcentricpets.com.au and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
