How to Use

Shampoo: Wet your dog thoroughly. Apply ½–1 pump (1–2ml for a medium dog) and massage gently into the torso and neck for one minute. Use ¼–½ pump on each leg. Rinse thoroughly. This is a premium concentrate — less is more.

Conditioner: Spray onto a wet or dry coat after bath time. Can also be used to assist brushing and detangling.

Dermal Scratch Spray: Part the hair and spray directly onto the skin for best results. Blow gently on the area to help it absorb faster. Reapply if your dog licks it off.

Oatmeal Dermal Scratch Cream: Using your finger, gently massage the cream directly onto the desired area.

Shampoo & Conditioner: Distilled water, certified organic chamomile, comfrey, calendula, burdock root, horsetail, kakadu plum & nettle extracts, pro vitamin B5, certified organic vegetable glycerine, mixed tocopherols (pure vitamin E), bisabolol natural (concentrated chamomile derivative), soya oil, decyl glucoside (ECOCERT approved), 100% pure essential oils of roman chamomile, sweet orange and rosewood (<1%).

Dermal Scratch Spray: Distilled water, certified organic calendula extract, vitamin E natural, certified organic aloe vera leaf juice powder, 100% pure essential oils of lavender and tea tree (<0.05%).

Oatmeal Dermal Scratch Cream: Colloidal oatmeal, calendula extract, golden seal extract, jojoba, evening primrose, rosehip and soya bean oils, caprylic/capric triglycerides, vegetable glycerin, mixed tocopherols (vitamin E natural), 100% pure essential oils of copaiba, frankincense, eucalyptus, lemon myrtle, cinnamon bark, tea tree and lavender.

FAQs

My dog has sensitive skin. Is this suitable?
Yes. This shampoo is ultra gentle and formulated specifically for sensitive dogs — it will not cause skin irritations.

Can I use human shampoo on my dog?
No. Human shampoo (pH 4.8–5.8) can disrupt your dog's dermal acid mantle, making skin susceptible to fungus, bacteria and yeast. Dog shampoo should have a pH of 6.8–7.5.

How often should I bathe my dog?
A healthy adult dog should be bathed no more than once a fortnight. Over-bathing can strip natural skin oils and lead to irritation.

When can I use this product?
Any time — after a walk, after rolling in the grass, or whenever your dog needs a freshen up.

How do I apply the Dermal Scratch Spray?
Part the hair and spray directly onto the skin. Blow gently on the area to help absorption. If your dog licks it off, reapply and distract them while it soaks in.
